Why Regular Rental Cars Are Forbidden
The track beyond the Baths of Aphrodite consists of jagged limestone and steep ruts. Standard rental policies strictly exclude off-road Akamas driving.
Option 1: Boat Cruise from Latchi Harbour
The most relaxing route to the Blue Lagoon. Boats depart Latchi every hour from 9:30 AM (€20–€25 return) with swimming stops in turquoise water.
Option 2: 4x4 Buggy or Quad Rental
Buggy rentals in Polis and Latchi offer ground clearance for the trail. Bring sunglasses, dust bandanas, and plenty of water.
Option 3: Hiking the Aphrodite Trail
A 7.5 km circular trail starting from the Baths of Aphrodite up to the Moutti tis Sotiras viewpoint overlooking both coasts.
