Hilton Nicosia’s Sunday brunch: carving station, waffles and poolside views

Hilton Nicosia’s Olympia Restaurant serves a Sunday brunch buffet every week from 11.30am to 2.30pm, combining breakfast and lunch dishes, with views over the hotel’s gardens and pool.

The brunch costs 36 euros for adults and 20 euros for children aged 4 to 12. Children under four eat free.

The buffet includes international cheeses and cold cuts, salads, smoked salmon and freshly baked pastries. At live cooking stations, guests can order omelettes with fillings of their choice, while a carving station serves Angus beef, herb-crusted lamb and pork belly. A range of hot dishes is also available For dessert, there are pancakes, waffles, croissants, cinnamon rolls and a selection of cakes and sweets, as well as smoothies, yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit.

The brunch is aimed at families, groups of friends and food lovers.
