EU citizens staying in Cyprus for over 90 days must apply for registration certificate MEU1. Non-EU family members apply under MEU2.
Valid passport, completed MEU1 form, employment contract or proof of self-sufficiency, certified lease agreement, and a €20 fee. MEU1 does not expire.
